Providence is calling a System Management Coordinator (Full time/Day shift) to Providence California Regional Services in Torrance, CA.
This is a remote position, but requires being onsite in Torrance and Irvine for occasional meetings.

We are seeking a System Management Coordinator who will be responsible for maintaining donor database systems, including such items as gift entry, historical giving and donor acknowledgements for the California Region Foundations, including Los Angeles, Orange County and High Desert. Addresses staff inquiries regarding contributions by applying independent judgement and conflict resolution skills. Performs administrative and fundraising duties including queries, exports and reports as needed in support of the Foundation's goals and objectives.
In this position you will:

Maintain donor database software systems and giving history files for Providence Foundations, Southern California
Accurately and timely process and recor donor statistical information and gifts according to established donor gift policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of this information as appropriate. Add new constituent records to the database as needed, analyze information and populate all appropriate data fields where information is available
Generate gift receipts, acknowledgement letters, honor/memorial letters and pledge reminders to donors based on standard form through database mail functions. Obtai appropriate signature on all correspondence, and proofread updated merged data prior to submitting to local Foundation ministries for mailing
Ensure gifts are entered according to donor designation. Assist with donor communications by pro-actively reaching out to Foundation caregivers for clarification on gift intentions, gift amounts and donor inquiries
Provide support to the fund-raising staff and their programs. Responsibilities include generating fund-raising reports as needed including campaign progress reports and cash and pledge reports. Generate reports and materials needed for the financial statements, annual audit as needed and provides monthly reconciliation report to Finance
Under the direction of a manager, participates in the development and maintenance of gift processing standard operating procedures
Assist in regular database maintenance duties such as removing duplicate entries and making corrections based on direction from a manager
Process address changes and returned receipts, and coordinates necessary updates as appropriate
Maintais organized giving history files
Coordinate temporary data entry clerks and volunteers
Participate in educational programs and in service meetings
Maintain established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, improving organization performance program and safety standards
Perform other duties as assigned or requested
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Experience working with non-profit
Previous Raiser’s Edge or Blackbaud CRM experience
Minimum 6-months database management experience
Report writing experience
Fluent in MS Office Suite
Video conferencing experience
