Providence Health & Services Partnering Manager Telehealth PSJH in Torrance, California

Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Partnering Manager Telehealth PSJH to our location in Seattle, WA, Irvine, CA, Burbank CA or Torrance, CA, or Anchorage, AK.

We are seeking a Partnering Manager Telehealth PSJH to be responsible for the growth of Providence St. Joseph’s Health telehealth business, which supports the scale of the quadruple aim including; improved physician experience, improved patient outcomes, improved patient experience, and lower cost of care.

The Telehealth Partnering Manager, in collaboration with regional stakeholders and strategic partners, delivers high value clinical programs from program onset through post implementation. The partnering manager focus is to maintain and grow the Telehealth footprint, by partnering with Service Line Leaders, and Operations to ensure the sales and account management strategy align with the overall Telehealth enterprise goals.

It is imperative for the Telehealth Partnering Manager to understand the alignment of mission, values, and philosophy of Providence St. Joseph’s Health. Serves as a role model for the values and mission of the organization.

In this position you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Drive growth of the Telehealth business by partnering with director on implementing sales/account management strategies within assigned region

  • Anticipate key business, marketplace and competitor dynamics.

  • Influence decision makers, peers, regional stakeholders and other business lines to enhance processes and systems to meet customer need and sales/account management targets.

  • Work collaboratively with other business segments on sales, distribution, product & pricing strategies to achieve revenue growth.

  • Function as an escalation point to customers regarding Telehealth services and operational matters.

  • Participate in strategic account/sales meetings to review the ongoing effectiveness and customer satisfaction for Telehealth services

  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.

  • Ability to manage sales, account management and one area of the business such as: advocacy, grants, philanthropy, contracting, and marketing/communications.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5 years of Account Management and or Sales experience

  • Experience in working cross-functionally across the organization and externally with partners and stakeholders

  • Ability to effectively build relationships with customers, executive management, and other stakeholders through positive interaction and problem identification and resolution.

  • Experience in strong interpersonal, public presentation, and persuasion skills.Demonstrated understanding of medical management operations and strategies in health care facilities and field.

  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and to organize workload to ensure that timeframes are met and the work is successfully completed within deadlines.

  • High level of proficiency to plan effectively in an uncertain and changing environment; to develop strong relationships to effect change.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Master's Degree

  • 5 years of Middle to senior account management/sales experience with preferences in healthcare, health technology, or insurance

  • 4 years of Healthcare industry experience

  • 9 months of Telehealth experience, understanding the competitive landscape and new business opportunities
